We are committed to quality and as such we take every precaution to ensure that our products reach our consumers in perfect condition. If however you have not been entirely satisfied with your purchase our ISO9001:2000 accreditation sets out a procedure to follow:
Please return a sample of the product along with the packaging using our freepost address "FREEPOST KALLO FOODS". Please include a covering letter explaining your complaint, including your postal address.
