  • Are all your products organic?
    • All our products are made from natural products and are oganic where possible. You can find out which are organic by visiting the relevant brand websites.
  • What is your company policy on sourcing sustainable ingredients?
    • Our Central Sourcing policy is to always source sustainable ingredients where possible.

    • Our Company values are, passion, ownership, integrity, teamwork, speed and fun.
  • Are you interested in helping the environment?
    • Sustainability is at the heart of our business. We are very aware of our impact on the environment and is at the heart of our culture. We proudly work with a Kallo Green Charter with a clear vision of where we want to be. We are currently recycling as much of our waste materials as we can; working to continually reduce our carbon footprint and we partner with the local community on an Eco-School and a Woodland initiative.   • Is your packaging recyclable?
    • Our cardboard is fully recyclable and lots of our packaging is made from recycled materials such as our Whole Earth peanut butter jars.
  • Do you use palm oil?
    • We use palm oil in some of our products which come from a certified sustainable palm oil grower. We are a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil. The RSPO established in 2004 is a not-for-profit association that unites stakeholders from seven sectors of the palm oil industry; which includes palm oil growers/producers; palm oil processors/traders; consumer goods manufacturers; retailers; banks and investors; environmental or nature conservation NGOs; and social and developmental NGOs. RSPO is committed to developing and implementing global standards for sustainable palm oil. Find out more at www.rspo.org
  • What is Fairtrade?
    • Fairtrade is a certification mark that guarantees that farmers in developing countries have been paid a fair and sustainable price for their products as well as a premium for investing in other development projects. Some of our products have the Fairtrade certification and where there is an opportunity to use more Fairtrade ingredients we will work with our central sourcing team to investigate the possibility.   • Do you cater for people with food intolerances?
    • Yes we do. We have foods suitable for people following gluten, dairy and nut free diets. All our products come with full nutritional information and ingredient lists on their packaging.
  • Do your products fall in line with the new recommended Salt guidelines?
    • Most of our products currently meet these new guidelines and we are working to ensure all of our products will meet the 2012 deadline.
  • Where are your products made?
    • Our products are made in UK & Europe.
  • Where can I purchase your products?
    • Our products are available in a variety of places such as the major supermarkets and health food stores
