Hints and tips
French Onion Soup: Brown 2 medium onions, sliced, in 3 tbsp of olive oil for 6 minutes. Add 500ml of Kallo Organic French Onion stock, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Toast 2 thick slices of French Bread, cover with grated cheese and grill. Float toast in the soup and scatter with parsley before serving.
Delicious stock:
Simply dissolve one Kallo Organic French Onion Stock Cube in 500ml of boiling water.
