Hints and tips
Vegetable Chowder: Soften 1 medium onion and 1 red pepper, sliced in 2 tbsp of olive oil for 5 minutes. Add 450g of potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced, 1 x 375g can of American style creamed sweetcorn and 500ml of Kallo Organic Garlic & Herb stock. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes before serving.
Delicious stock:
Simply dissolve one Kallo Organic Garlic & Herb Stock Cube in 500ml of boiling water.
