Hints and tips
Wild Mushroom Risotto: Chop 1 medium onion and soften in 2 tbsp of olive oil for 5 minutes. Add 175g of sliced button mushrooms, 15g of dried cep mushrooms, 300g of Arborio rice and 1 litre of Kallo Organic Mushroom stock. Stir and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Serve with freshly chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese

Simply dissolve one Kallo Organic Mushroom Stock Cube in 500ml of boiling water.
