Hints and tips
Tomato, Bread and Basil Soup: Cover 4 rip tomatoes with boiling water to release the skins. Peel and roughly chop tomatoes and add to 500ml of Kallo Organic Tomato & Herb Stock. Add 50g of quality white bread, crust removed and chopped. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes before serving with torn basil leaves

Simply dissolve one Kallo Organic Tomato & Herb Stock Cube in 500ml of boiling water.
