Home prepared Gravy: Blend 4tsp cornflour with one tsp mustard and 50ml of wine in a cup. Add this to the stock and simmer to thicken. Finish with a knob of butter and freshly ground pepper.

Simply dissolve one Kallo Yeast Free Vegetable Stock Cube in 500ml of boiling water.
